1940s Vintage Bulova.  Original goldish colored dial with gold numerals looks great. Nice patina.  Matching hands. Unique gold-filled case with a steel snap back case is in very nice condition. Sub seconds.  17 jewel cal. manual wind movement. Him or her. Period correct gold-filled bracelet.  Sharp looking classic styling 30's Bulova.
