Fantastic looking Howard...  Early restored dial is very nice.  Applied gold numerals. Fancy coin edge and Flexible lugs. Gold filled case is in very nice condition.  17 jewel manual wind movement.  Nice size for him or her.   Great looking 40's era Howard watch.
