Great looking early Elgin. Original porcelain dial looks fantastic. Faint hairline. Sub second register. Blue steel hands. Small sized Keystone signed gold filled case with a tight snap back is in very nice condition. Elgin signed 15 jewel manual wind movement. Nice size for him or her. For a smaller wrist. A sharp looking early wrist watch. Very nice.
